We, the team behind Titan Tech Tools, ran HVAC and plumbing shops before we rebuilt them for a living. We’ve quoted in the driveway and sweated payroll, so we build ServiceTitan pricebooks the way techs actually sell. The free tools here are ours too, built by the operators who lived the problem.
Where we fit
We’re not ServiceTitan. We help the shops that run it.
ServiceTitan is a powerful platform, and the shops we work with run their whole business on it: scheduling, dispatch, invoicing, and the pricebook. We’re independent. We’re not a ServiceTitan partner or reseller, and we don’t run a shop on it ourselves.
What we bring is deep knowledge of ServiceTitan and the trades inside it, plus our own tools. The platform hosts your pricebook but leaves it to you to structure it so it sells. That’s the load we take off your plate, so you get more out of the ServiceTitan you already run.

Between us, we’ve run an HVAC company, HVAC and plumbing departments both, and a plumbing company. We did the work ourselves: crawl spaces, drain lines, water-supply runs, water heaters, toilets, faucets, and HVAC installs and repairs alongside the crews. One of us grew up inside a family trade business and ran it.
That’s why the method is built for how a tech actually sells, not how a spreadsheet thinks they should. We’ve stood in the driveway with the customer waiting. We’ve owned the truck, the payroll, and the bad pricebook. We fixed ours. Now we fix yours.
What we believe
The pricebook is a sales system, not a price list
Most ServiceTitan pricebooks are built backwards, items dumped in without structure, then called done. We believe the real work isn’t data entry, it’s architecture: categories, tiered options, proposal templates. Build the pricebook as a sales system and your techs stop configuring and start presenting. Build it as a price list and you bleed margin on every job.
We also believe in being honest about fit. If you just want items loaded fast, we’re the wrong call. If you want a pricebook built to sell, that’s the whole reason we exist.

What is Titan Tech Tools?
Titan Tech Tools is a done-for-you ServiceTitan pricebook service. We build your pricebook into a sales system that works: AHRI-matched tiered options, linked materials and labor, and proposal templates your techs present from. We are not an IT-services company and not a software product you buy off a shelf. We are operators who do the work for you.
Is Titan Tech Tools a software product or a service?
A service first. The core is a done-for-you build: real people build you a pricebook that works for your shop, your trade, your prices. We also ship free tools (the Pricebook Health Audit and TitanQuote) and are productizing the method into Pricebook Builder, but the tools are extras. What you hire is the service and the people behind it.
Who is behind Titan Tech Tools?
Operators who ran HVAC and plumbing shops and did the trade themselves: crawl spaces, water heaters, installs, the driveway close, and the payroll. We build pricebooks the way a tech actually sells because we have been the tech and the owner. We keep the site name-free for now; the work speaks first.
How is this different from ServiceTitan itself?
ServiceTitan is the platform your shop runs on: scheduling, dispatch, invoicing, CRM. We do not replace it. We fix one layer inside it, the pricebook and how techs quote from it. Think of us as the specialist who builds the selling part of your ServiceTitan pricebook so it actually sells, while ServiceTitan keeps running everything else.
