Drop in a before and an after ServiceTitan export and get a plain-English read on everything that moved. If you want to apply just those edits, download a changes-only file and re-import it yourself, so the rest of the account stays untouched.
This tool compares two ServiceTitan pricebook exports of the same account and shows exactly what changed between them: price and cost moves, items added, items deactivated, services renamed or recategorized, code changes, and link changes. It is a literal, cell-by-cell comparison of the two files, so nothing is guessed.
It then builds a downloadable ServiceTitan-format file containing only the changes. Because a ServiceTitan import only touches the rows in the file and leaves everything else alone, you can re-import that file to apply just your changes to the account, without disturbing the thousands of items you didn't touch. It's the clean way to move a set of edits, or a fresh batch of services, into a live book.
Is it really free? Yes, no login, no email needed to run it.
Is my data safe? Both files are read entirely in your browser. They are never uploaded and nothing is stored.
What files do I upload? Two ServiceTitan pricebook exports of the same account, the .xlsx you get from Pricebook → Export: an earlier one and a later one.
Why does importing the change file not wipe the rest of my book? A ServiceTitan import is an upsert by Code. It updates the rows you give it and leaves every other item untouched. To turn something off you keep its row and set Active to inactive, which is exactly what the change file does.
What if I just want to add new services? Export your book, add the new services, save it, then compare the original against the edited file. The change file comes back with only the services you added (and any categories or links they need), ready to import.
