Questions
Straight answers
Is the ServiceTitan pricebook audit really free?
Yes. The Pricebook Health Audit is free and instant, with no login and no sales call required. You drop in your ServiceTitan pricebook export and get a plain-English read on your book in seconds.
Is my pricebook file uploaded anywhere?
No. The audit runs entirely in your browser. Your export is read on your own computer and never leaves it, so nothing is sent to a server and nothing is stored. That is true for every tool we ship that reads your file.
What does the Pricebook Health Audit check?
It reads your ServiceTitan export and gives you a plain-English read on three things: where the book is leaking money (items priced below cost or at $0, missing part costs), what is half-built (uncategorized services, thin descriptions, empty option fields), and what you already own but are not selling. It also flags whether the book is running on ServiceTitan Pricebook Pro, the paid add-on, because that changes what is worth fixing.
Do I have to run these in a certain order?
No. Every tool stands on its own and most shops only ever need one or two. The audit is the fastest way to find out which, because it reads the whole book and tells you where the money is going, but nothing stops you going straight to the tool you already know you need.
Will these tools fix my pricebook, or just show me what is wrong?
Both, in stages. Every tool shows you the problem free. The paid ones then build the corrected file for you to import. What a tool never does is check its own work, which is what the done-for-you build is: real people, verified, guaranteed. Start with the free audit. It is the front door to all of it.
Want the method now, not later?
The fastest path today is a done-for-you build. The tools follow.
