Estimate Rescue
Every week your team quotes work that never closes. ServiceTitan can show you the pile. This turns it into a printable stack of calls your team can actually work.

The money is already quoted. It is just sitting there.
Your team writes estimates all week. Most do not close on the first visit, and the unsold ones pile up where nobody looks. ServiceTitan can show you the total, but only as a dense export nobody acts on. So the money sits, and it grows every week.
On the accounts we have looked at, a single window held six figures in open estimates. That is work you already earned the right to, money you already quoted, waiting on a phone call.
About a third were never even sent
Here is the part that stings. On both real accounts we have checked, roughly one in three open estimates was never emailed to the customer. Not lost to a "no." Just never sent. That is the fastest money in the pile, because it is not a sales call, it is a delivery you already owe them.
Three piles, three different calls
Estimate Rescue splits every open estimate by what already happened, so the caller knows the play before they dial.
Opened the estimate and went quiet. Reconnect and clear what stalled them. Do not re-sell.
Sent but never viewed. Resend it on the phone and read them the number.
Written and never emailed. Not a sales call, a delivery you owe them.
What you actually get
Not another report. A finished workflow. A cover sheet that runs the job, and a page for every call behind it, sorted biggest and warmest first, each one scripted in plain words.
- One job per page. Customer, the dollar, what is in the quote, and exactly what to say. A green caller can run it cold.
- A cover you control. Hand the whole stack to one person, or split it across the team and keep the cover to see who has what.
- Print it or work it on screen. Built to print clean on a plain office printer, with room to write.
- Sized to your pile. Five calls or two hundred. You always work a finite block, never a wall of names.
How it works
- Pull your report. One report in ServiceTitan, on a computer. We show you which columns to turn on, once.
- Upload it here. The file is read right in your browser. Nothing is uploaded or stored.
- See your number, free. Your recoverable total on the spot. The call sheets are there when you want them.
Your customer list never leaves your computer
The whole tool runs in your browser, so your export is never uploaded and nothing is stored. The number is yours to see for free. We only ever hand back a plan, never your data.
What it costs
The number is free, forever. The call sheets are a one-time charge that scales with how much is in your pile, shown as a small fraction of what it is chasing. No subscription, no contract.
Full call sheets are opening to the waitlist now. See your number free today.
See what is sitting in your unsold estimates
Free. Five minutes with your own export. No login, no card to look.
Questions
Straight answers
Is my customer data safe?
Yes. The whole thing runs in your browser. Your export is never uploaded and nothing is stored on our side. The file is full of customer names and numbers, so it stays on your computer, period.
Do I have to be technical?
No. You pull one report in ServiceTitan, drop the file in, and see your number. We show you exactly which columns to turn on, and you only set that up once.
Is this a subscription?
No. The number is free to see, forever. The call sheets are a one-time charge when you run them, and the price scales with how much is in the pile. No contract.
What if nobody on my team follows up?
That is the point. The sheet is scripted so anyone can run it, and you can hand it off without explaining a thing. If the real problem is that nobody is calling at all, that is a process conversation, not a tool one.
Which trades does it work for?
Any ServiceTitan shop. We have run it on plumbing and HVAC accounts and the model held with no tuning. The same report exists for every trade.
Does the number mean guaranteed money?
No. It is money you already quoted and never closed, sitting in your open estimates. We hand you the plan to go after it. We never promise you will collect it.
