Here is what actually happens
A tech is writing up a job. He types into the search bar and gets back R/R CAP 2T, SVC-2201, and three lines that all read the same. He picks the closest one and moves on, and half the time it is the wrong line. Then the customer gets an invoice that says R410A refrigerant charge, 1 lb and no idea what they just paid for, so they hesitate. The work was fine. What it fixes

How do I clean up cryptic ServiceTitan service names?
By hand, you rename each service in ServiceTitan to something a tech can find and read, and write a description a customer understands on the invoice, one row at a time. It is slow, so most books stay full of codes like SVC-4471 and MISC 2. This tool does it in bulk: it standardizes the names for what a tech actually searches, drafts a description only when the name proves what the job is, and flags the cryptic ones for your words instead of inventing a wrong one. You get a highlighted file to review and import yourself.
Is my pricebook data safe?
Yes. The whole thing runs in your browser. Your file is never uploaded and nothing is stored on our side. You get back a new file with the names and descriptions we changed highlighted, and nothing changes in ServiceTitan until you import it yourself.
Do you rewrite every line with AI?
No, and that is on purpose. We only draft a description when the service name actually says what the job is, so the sentence stays specific and true. When a name is a bare code or too vague to read, we do not invent a description for it. We flag it for your words instead. A confident, wrong description on a customer invoice is worse than a blank one.
Will it overwrite the descriptions I already wrote?
No. We only fill descriptions that are blank, that just repeat the name, or that are too short to mean anything. Any real description you already wrote is left exactly as it is.
What does it actually change?
