Here is what actually happens
A tech is writing up a job. He types into the search bar and gets back R/R CAP 2T, SVC-2201, and three lines that all read the same. He picks the closest one and moves on, and half the time it is the wrong line. Then the customer gets an invoice that says R410A refrigerant charge, 1 lb and no idea what they just paid for, so they hesitate. The work was fine. What it fixes
A ServiceTitan service has two audiences and one book has to serve both. The name is what your tech searches. The description is what your customer reads on the invoice. This tool cleans up both:
- Names, standardized. ALL-CAPS and stray casing fixed, misspellings corrected, wording made consistent across the whole book so search actually finds the line.

How do I clean up cryptic ServiceTitan service names?
By hand, you rename each service in ServiceTitan to something a tech can find and read, and write a description a customer understands on the invoice, one row at a time. It is slow, so most books stay full of codes like SVC-4471 and MISC 2. This tool does it in bulk: it standardizes the names for what a tech actually searches, drafts a description only when the name proves what the job is, and flags the cryptic ones for your words instead of inventing a wrong one. Is my pricebook data safe?
Your export file never leaves your computer and nothing is stored on our side. Names are cleaned right in your browser. To write the descriptions, we send only your service names to our AI, never prices, costs, or customer data. You get back a new file with the changes highlighted, and nothing changes in ServiceTitan until you import it yourself.
Do you rewrite every line with AI?
We use AI for the descriptions, but not to blindly rewrite every line. It translates the service name into plain English a customer understands only when the name says what the job is, and flags the ones too cryptic to read for your words instead of inventing something wrong. The names themselves are cleaned without any AI. A confident, wrong description on a customer invoice is worse than a blank one.
Will it overwrite the descriptions I already wrote?
No. We only fill descriptions that are blank, that just repeat the name, or that are too short to mean anything. Any real description you already wrote is left exactly as it is.
What does it actually change?
Two columns, Name and Description, on active services only. Never a price, an hour, a link, a category, or an inactive row. Every cell we change turns green and its row is shaded, so you can see each change at a glance in the Services tab.
